Phi Rho Sigma Foundation, Inc.
The Foundation was established in 1996 as a 501 (c) (3) organization with the purpose of assisting members of Phi Rho Sigma in the areas of scholarship or by giving support to Pho Rho Sigma students who are offering service in their communities or abroad.
The Foundation is governed by a three member Board of Trustees. The Foundation Chair is John Ayres, M.D..
In the past, the Foundation has been able to provide support for students studying alternative therapeutic modalities in China; a physician led service trip to Haiti; community health services; volunteering at neighborhood clinics; and raising funds to support research for HIV.
All donations received to support these important activities are treated as tax deductible contributions for federal tax purposes. Contributions can be sent to to Phi Rho Sigma Foundation at P.O. Box 162, Westerville, OH 43086-0162.
